Private Policy

Payments:

 For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance

Refund

In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and canceled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to a Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.

Wildlife Safaris: – All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even a date change request will be considered as a cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Please Note: We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.

Special Events & Products

Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation penalties may differ for special events, some customized groups including group tour airfares, tours with internal flights, and/or certain sea cruises as well as selected packages and hotels, and will be advised at time of booking on your invoice.

Travel Insurance

You are required to ensure that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation, and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.

Passports and Visa

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and it is their responsibility to check all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure, and travel to each country or region. They MUST CHECK with their respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. We are not responsible for any cancellation of the tour due to visa/passport. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure, and travel to each country or region. The travelers/Client accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas, and permits prior to the start of the Tour, and are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. The traveler/Client is responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by the Tour Operator that is a direct result of their failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation. The Tour Operator does not provide advice on travel documents and makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment and you agree that the Tour Operator is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this information.
